Here are some common questions we get.
No. You will sign a "service agreement" which allows us to enter your front and backyard. It also states that the customer can cancel service at anytime with as little as 48 hours' notice.
No. please make sure your pets are indoors until the service is complete. We'd like to ensure your pets are safe and are not harmed by any of our equipment (lawn mower, shears etc.)
Our set service price options vary depending on how often you would like us to service your yard. (Your location may affect pricing but usually doesn't.) Please visit the pricing page for more information on pricing.
No. We will service your yard as long as we can access your yard and if your pet is inside the house. If your gate is locked and no one is home to let us in, we will charge for the service that could not be completed.
You must cancel or reschedule a service 48 hours before your scheduled service. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours, you may still incur charges for that service. To cancel, send an email requesting cancellation.
We accept cash in-person. We also accept payment through CashApp, Paypal, and Venmo . Unfortunately, we don't currently accept credit cards but will in the future. Email us to learn more about payment for services.
We will work during light rain, but not during heavy rainfall or thunderstorms. No refunds are issued due to inclement weather. We will have more poop to scoop and still grass to cut on your next scheduled visit or service your yard on the next available day, if our schedule permits.
